The declaration is issued by the person out of his individual will stating someone else’s right on him.
Requirements:
1. Provide original ID and a copy of national ID or passport or driver’s license or any other document issued by an official entity within the United Arab Emirates.
2. Original documents establishing the identity of attendee and his competence to act in signing.

Endorsement of signature – Undertaking to the Ministry of Labor – Declaration for sale of Marine vehicle – Declaration of withdrawing a claim – Declaration of Visitor Guarantee – Declaration of canceling PoA in the presence of principal and attorney – Declaration of assigning shares – Declaration of Safety Bond – Declaration of Residency – Declaration of withdrawing a complaint – Declaration of Assigning intellectual Right.
