Definition of the Service:
The second level of litigation provided by the litigation system as a justice guarantee to appeal against the judgments of the Court of First Instance, benefits whoever is not satisfied with the primary judgment during the statutory period for appeal.
Requirements:
The appealer or his legal representative shall sign the application
Completion of all required documents
1. True copy of the statement signed by the appealer or his legal representative and copies of the statement signed equivalent to the number of appellees.
2. Copy of POA
3. Copy of the first instance judgment

Appealed judgment – copy of judgment
