Definition of the Service:
A non-conventional way of appeal provided by the judicial system as a justice guarantee and legal supervision over courts performances, and for the unification of jurisprudence in cases specified by law regarding courts judgments issued by courts of appeal in criminal, civil, and personal status cases.
Requirements:
Presence of a advocate (excluding appeals presented by the Public Prosecution and the Central Prison)
Civil Appeals: 60 days from the date of appeal judgment
Criminal Appeals: 30 days from the date of appeal judgment
