Definition of the Service:
A contract is a meeting of wills intended to produce legal effects on the subject of contract.
Requirements:
1. Provide original ID and a copy of national ID or passport or driver’s license or any other document issued by an official entity within the United Arab Emirates.
2. Original documents establishing the identity of attendee and his competence to the Public Prosecution to act in signing (such as custody, guardianship, POA). If the submitted documents are issued outside the country, they must be duly attested from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of UAE, and the translation of thereof attested from the Ministry of Justice if they are in a foreign language / initial approval in the case of new companies.
3. Original documents establishing the identity of attendee and his competence to act in signing / newspaper advertisement in case of waiver or revocation.
