Definition of the Service:
Document stating the designation of a person to look after minors’ and distrainees’ affairs and protect their money
Requirements:
Appointment of guardian: Must be the father or grandfather.
Appointment of custodian: Mother must get custody of the children.
Appointment of trustee: The Public Prosecution is consulted and the matter involves investigation until the trustee is approved.
One of the brothers can be the custodian after the mother’s approval.
Copy of ID (guardian، custodian, trustee)
Medical report of distrainee.
Copies of IDs of the witnesses.
