RAK Courts President’s Message

Equality of justice is essential to the preservation of public safety, helping to create a platform for people to reach their potential. When people feel secure, they have the freedom to be more creative, productive and committed to solving societal challenges. Upholding justice strengthens a sense of belonging and the desire to contribute to the nation’s development, instilling in people a desire to work towards stability and prosperity. 


Though achieving justice requires a fair and impartial system individuals cannot act as both judge and jury. Justice must be entrusted to the country and its legal framework to ensure societal order. 

The RAK judicial framework prioritizes fairness and facilitates the creation of a promising future for all the Emirate’s people. RAK Courts translates this vision into reality by setting strategic goals that have created a robust legal system and modern governance structures, ensuring justice and legal protection for all. 

I must emphasize that organizational excellence is of prime importance. Continuous improvement in the quality of services and justice delivery remains a core focus for RAK Courts. This dedication ensures that we meet the expectations of various stakeholders, including government partners, employees and the wider community.
