Definition of the Service:
Order on a Petition is a procedure, which gives the claimant a right to apply to obtain a decision in the urgent litigation. In such conditions the adversary is not necessarily notified. Some examples of such orders are ‘payment order’ or ‘precautionary attachment’ and ‘travel ban’. Each order has a court fee specified by Law. The orders differ in procedures.
Requirements:
1. Statement of claim
2. Summary statement
3. Copy of ID
4. Receipt voucher after paying the fees
5. The applicant must the plaintiff or his legal representative
6. Signing the statement
7. If it’s a personal affairs case, marriage contract, children’s birth certificates and family book must be enclosed
Time to complete the Service:
3 Minutes to open the file and register in the system
Judgment is given in one day
Outputs:
Judgment depends on the presented petition
Travel ban – Receipt of Children – Receipt of Passport etc.
