This type of appeal is for personal status cases (divorce, khula, alimony etc.)
Requirements:
1. True copy of the statement signed by the appealer or his legal representative and copies of the statement signed equivalent to the number of appellees.
2. Copy of POA
3. Copy of the first instance judgment
