Definition of the Service:
A power of attorney is a contract under which the principal appoints another person to undertake on his behalf all known permissible actions and all assignable matters.
Requirements:
1. Provide original ID and a copy of national ID or passport or driver’s license or any other document issued by an official entity within the United Arab Emirates.
2. Original documents establishing the identity of attendee and his competence to act in signing.
