Definition of the Service:
After the heirs agreement, competent authorities are contacted. For example: Lands department for property transfer for the buyer or heirs
Requirements:
The consent of all the heirs to register the property.
Presence of all heirs to sign the application.
All heirs agreement to the valuation and distribution of property.
1. Copy of the property valuation after bringing it from the Municipality Department.
2. Copy of ID of the applicant, and all the heirs.
3. Copy of the title deed of the property that requires valuation.
4. Copy of the property valuation from a realty office approved by the court.
