Definition of the Service:
The right to file a civil plenary case resulting from a debit transaction that exceeds one hundred thousand dirhams, or when the right is of non-estimated value.
Requirements:
1. The plaintiff must be the applicant
2. Statement of claim must be signed by plaintiff
3. Statement of claim
4. Summary statement
5. Receipt voucher after paying the fees
Time to complete the Service:
3 Minutes to open the file and register in the system
The first trial session will be in 10 days at a minimum.
Outputs:
Judgment approved by the judge – copy
