Definition of the Service:
Enabling family members to reach a solution or agreement that satisfies both parties to end the family disputes including (marital disputes – family disputes – disputes after divorce) such as custody and seeing the children.
Requirements:
Defendant must be living in Ras Al Khaimah
Plaintiff must be living in Ras Al Khaimah
1. ID of both parties
2. Family book
3. Marriage or divorce certificate
4. Copy of previous judgment if applicable
