Definition of the Service:
Cases whose claim amount value does not exceed AED 100,000.00 (one hundred thousand).
Requirements:
1. Statement of claim signed by the plaintiff
2. Summary statement
3. Copy of ID
4. Receipt voucher after paying the fees
Time to complete the Service:
3 Minutes to open the file and register in the system
The first trial session will be in 10 days at a minimum.
Outputs:
Judgment approved and signed by the judge – copy
