Definition of the Service:
The cases brought before the court to be ruled on temporary basis without prejudice to the right in urgent matters that are feared to run out of time, but this does not prevent the trial court from looking at these cases if presented before it by dependency, and these include:
– Statement of facts case.
– Case for assigning an expert.
– Case for assigning a sequestrator.
– Witness testimony case.
Requirements:
1. Statement of claim signed by the plaintiff
2. Summary statement
3. Copy of ID
4. Receipt voucher after paying the fees
Time to complete the Service:
3 Minutes to open the file and register in the system
The first trial session will be in 10 days at a minimum.
Outputs:
Judgment approved and signed by the judge – copy
